The Mesa North Stake Youth Retreat is for youth ages 14-18. Youth turning 14 years in 2026 are also invited.
All youth MUST REGISTER and turn in a PERMISSION/MEDICAL RELEASE FORM.

Permission & Medical Release Form

Every person attending must have a medical release form completed and turned in before attending the Retreat. If you have not received one from your youth leader, please use the link below to print and give a completed form to the Young Women's president of your Ward.
